TEAM FOR KIDS PURPOSE

In the existence of so many of us, walking does not work. Some of us need the peace that comes after exhaustion, and the feeling awarded when we push beyond what we can. These abstractions are only real when they can be lived, and too many of our kids are not finding these pieces. Since running has constantly saved my life and the ones of so many others, I believe to be defining that our kids find the spaces where similar journeys to learn strenght and peace can begin...WE NEED YOU!

6 miles twice covered this week. The second one greeted me with an outsanding pouring rain. Unstoppable! Sprinkes allowed!!!

Tomorrow the first half marathon shall take place, and I will be delighted to DO MY FIRST 16 MILLER.

FUNDRAISING WISE: Please remember if there are any requests - I am not above the NASCAR ideal of covering myself in Sponsorship logos. EDUARDO has been granted the first donation so far, and in so doing he will receive the shirt I will use for the running as a token of appreciation. I am delighted to give away the TFK shorts and the shoelace TFK runner for the person whose donation hit $1000, the marathon shoes for the one hitting $2000, and the medal for the person whose donation hits $3000.
